On my Sanyo TV one my internal speakers is not working.By using the audio jack can I add an external speaker?
In the front of the TV set a Sanyo, there is an audio and video jack. RCA female plugs.
The connections on the front of the TV are inputs only, not outputs, and as such cannot send the audio to another device. In fact you say there is an audio and a video jack, as in 1 each, indicating that the TV does not have stereo sound. If so then no sound coming through the TV will be stereo (two speaker). The only way to get stereo sound is to bypass the TV, meaning instead of sending the red and white cables from a source to the TV send them directly to the audio system/speaker package. Good Luck
