ViewSat Ultra Box Not working – how to fix?
I have a ViewSat Ultra 2000. I was updating the box with a new bin when I had a power outtage. Everything came back just fine except the box. Now I have four dash lines on the LED face but when I hit the power button, it doesn’t seem like anything happens. Is there a way to reset the box and start over? Looked in the manual – no help there. Thanks!
Short of the usual unplug, wait five minutes, plug back in and reprogram… I have no idea. You could open the unit up, remove the memory back up battery, reinstall it, and try that… but you’ll void the warranty.
