Microsoft Wireless Notebook Optical Mouse – Is this smaller than a regualr mouse?
I’m not clear what the “Notebook” designation’s for… I’m getting this for my venerable laptop.
It should be the same but may be a BIT smaller, but not much. I have one as well that I use for my desktop and it is the normal size.

no you can’t use a TV tuner with PCMCIA interface. ExpressCard is not compatible with PCMCIA.
look for TV tuner with USB connection, they’re better. all these PCMCIA TV tuners overheated anyhow.

2 graphics cards?
at the moment i have an nvidia geforce 6200 but i want to screens so ive gone and ordered a cheap dual screen matrox card with PCI interface i was just wondering if both of them would work if in 2gether….1 with PCI and ova with AGP????
In most computers, the top PCI slot and the AGP slot share an IRQ. If you’re going to do this, skip a slot and then put the PCI card in.
The AGP should remain your primary, and then the additional screens from the Matrox card will be secondary monitors.
This configuration is supported in most bios. If your 6200 card is an INTEGRATED card, then it may not play nicely working simultaneously with another video card.

Can anyone tell me what is the difference between an external hard drive and an external hard drive enclosure? I had just bought a rocketfish 3.5″ USB 2.0 Hard Drive Enclosure Kit because I want to put my movies on something portable, but it seems to be that something is missing…
Why didn’t you google it? Anyway, a disk enclosure is just the chassis that protects the hard disk. And the hard disk is…. well… the hard disk itself.

How much does the CPU affect FPS in 3d games compared to video cards?
Is there some kind of comparison of different CPU’s with the same decent video card? I’m planning on getting something like a GeForce 7600 GT and am wondering if my Pentium D 2.8 Ghz will be decent? Most of the tests I see have better CPU’s then mine, how much will it affect my performance?

No one part, in the computer, by its self, is going to get you performance?
Motherboard dictates the CPU and RAM, CPU dictates the required class of motherboard! If the board is sloppy, the CPU performance will not be optimal. The same is true with the RAM!
With all of that, throw in the graphics card! and no matter what you have as far as those components are concerned, the system still reads and writes, constantly to the Tyrannous REX, the hard drive!
All of that should go into your decision making processing to evaluate the best card for your current system Configuration!
