Yes its a good card. Its a generation old mid level card & spec wise is about equal to the PCI-E X1600XT I am running right now. I also have a X850XT PE but it does not support SHADER MODEL 3.0 so it wont work with all the newer games like DIRT, BIOSHOCK ect while the X1600XT works just fine. There are not many AGP cards to pick from so the X1650 pro is a good bang for the buck.

You need to go into “Timeline” view.

Underneath the videoclip pictures there is the audio that goes with the video. It has faint audio “waves” in it.

Double click this section and a straight line will appear. This is a representation of the audio volume.

If you click on this line a circle will appear. If you then click and drag your mouse on the line to the right of this circle the line will move down. If you make it go diagonally from the circle, it fades out the audio level.

Its a bit tricky and fiddly but persevere and you will get it with enough experimentation.

What does silver plating on a saxophone do to the sound?

I’m thinking about getting a professional alto sax, and I was wondering what silver plating does to the sound as opposed to lacquer. I have a tenor Custom Z that I absolutely love, and I was wondering is a lacquer or silver plated 62II would be closer to that kind of sound, since I don’t think I can afford another Z. Thank you!

Silver plating tends to produce a “brighter” sound from a horn than you would get from a lacquered finish. My personal preference is black nickel though. The downside of a silver horn is they are a BEAR to keep clean. They tarnish fairly quickly and every time you polish the finish to remove the tarnishing, you are removing a little bit of the silver plating every time. Just something to bear in mind. I had a Cannonball baritone sax in black nickel with silver plated keywork/rods, etc. I was glad when I got the chance to sell it and get the same horn in ALL black nickel with no silver on it.
