Theres £30 difference!
its probably because of the heatsink the second one has got water injection for water cooling whereas the first one has got a simply heat sink cooled down by air

I use window xp on piii ibm laptop. I connot transfer files to my mitsubishi m222i mobile phone by Ird. Help?

Hmm, I used to have a Mitsubishi 320 ( 3something series) phone, and I also can’t transfer files. I checked with Mitsubishi and they said that mine just really can’t transfer files. Maybe yours is incompatible as well…

just asking which one is most quiet and efficient, etc.
Dont go over detail, just a simple explaination of either one or all will suffice 
all the ones you have listed are great! but if i was going to buy one i’d pick the “OCZ ModXStream Pro 700W Modular” as its modular.. which means you can disconnect the leads you don’t use inside your computer. this makes your computer less cluttered (that means more/better air flow)
as for quiet i’m really not sure unless you check the noise in dB (should list it in the tech specs of each one)
and efficiency.. well there all about the same, they differ much between them. its only really cheap PSU’s that have bad efficiency
Speaker Set
Why does the Front L & R sound in my 5.1 PC speaker set-up come from the centre speaker?
I have a 5.1 speaker set up on my PC, which was working fine unit this morning.
Now, NO sound at all comes from the front left and right speakers, but all other speakers work fine. Also, the front L & R sound comes out faintly but clearly from the centre speaker when I do a speaker test. The volume of the left & right channels coming through the centre channel increases and decreases as I incerease or decrease the volume of front left and right!
Please help!
Somehow the volume go reset. If you try adjusting the front channels and still nothing, then you might have to reinstall the software, but first try re-booting your computer to see if that doesn’t solve your issue.
