How do I use the system restore disk on my Compaq?
A while back I got my computer fixed, and with my tendency to ruin computers they gave me a restore disc as well as a “Compaq Operating System CD” I have no idea what that one is…
Basically, my computer is screwed beyond all reason. I have so many viruses I cannot get online, see pictures..my computer always shuts down exactly one minute after I turn it on. I have no idea how to restore the thing, but it is absolutely necessary. I opened up the restore cd and it was filled with a bunch of crap and codes I have never seen before. Please help me, we cannot afford to get this computer repaired.
Thanks for the answers, but I don’t know what “reboot” means. I’m a complete noob and saw nothing on the restore thing that said reboot. Where is that located? 
Sounds like the restore disc isn’t to be operated through windows – set your BIOS to boot from disc and then reboot the PC with your restore disc in the drive and it should carry out the restore automatically.
If it’s screwed beyond recovery then reboot it but this time with the operating system disc and if prompted for a fresh install or a repair try the repair first it will reinstall your driver and boot files.

So, if you want the navigation system of the plane that your on to work properly to get you there on time, I advise highly to keep it off. One person in reality isn’t bad if you don’t get caught, but who else would sneak a call too. So before anyone blames the pilot for being off course, they better see who’s on a cell phone. Well, that’s going back to the days. You’re better off using the serial port. You can use VB to open a COM Port. Try this link:

Search for articles on using QuickBasic. The coding is pretty much the same to open the COM port. You can then assign a variable to send commands to an interface.
You may want to use a Triac or Diac for the motor tied into a DAC from the interface you attach to the COM port.

No it will not, there are plenty of Mobos that will however support CrossfireX that are in the price range of the one you listed.
