What PSU do I need? help help help?

I have this psu – http://www.justpowersupplies.com/hipro-hp-d2537f3r-power-supply.htm?gclid=CIzG0o2bgJICFSGWGgodBi6T9A, now I dont know what type it is, like is it sata? or what. If someone or some people could link me to PSUs that will work as replacement and at good fair price plz gimme links. I need a 500 wat psu or 475 atleast. LEMME KNOW WHAT YA FIND!

how could them 2 reply”s possibly know what sort of wattage you need without know a single piece of hardware you going to be powering.?
how do you know you need a minimum of 475watts.?

you do know that with a psu watts don’t really mean squat..!!
an expensive 500W could out perform a cheap 800watt psu.

the real difference with cheap and nasty power supplies and a good quality unit is that the Amps on the 12V rail will vary massively, your looking for a psu with at least 17Amps on the 12V rail, a cheap psu could put out 5-10Amps and with todays modern comps that is just not enough power and could damage you pc beyond repair if the psu fails as its connected to EVERYTHING IN YOUR PC.!

i would go with one at least £40+ or $80+

and stick to branded names, like……corsair, enermax, thermaltake, antec, cool master etc

How to mix a (mono audio to a stereo audio) in a video?

i hav a video which has audio stream in only mono mode.
but i want audio of that video to be stereo.
how to do it??

The left and right tracks of a stereo mix contain different audio information. Any information which is common to both tracks is reproduced in the center of the mix.
A mono mix can be changed to a simulated stereo but can’t be changed to true stereo.
If the audio is a single mono track you will need to make a copy of it to produce two tracks.
The stereo effect can then be simulated with a graphic equalizer.
The mid range frequencies (3 & 4) remain the same on both channels.
The low range (1 & 2) is cut on the left channel while the high range (5 & 6) is boosted.
Do the opposite for the right channel.
Boost 1 & 2 (low) and cut 5 & 6 (high).
It’s likely the track on the video is already a two track system so a track copy need not be made. The same tweaking with the equalizer will still apply.
If the frequency range of the sound in the video is not very wide there may be little or no difference with the simulation.

This can be done with Audacity. It works. I’ve tried it.
The overall effect is to widen the sound stage. I tried it with some music tracks but from my own point of view is not really worth the effort.
The audio from the video will need to be in wav, mp3, Ogg or aiff format.

I think you mean pcie. If its more than 3-4 years old it may be an agp port. PCI ports haven’t been used for video cards for about 8 years.
