What happens if your PC doesn’t meet the requirements for the CPU GHz?

I have 1.57GHz and need 2.4GHz to play a game, would it work?

It’ll run just not as fast as it should. Considerable lag will be an unfortunate byproduct.

If I buy a 260 GTX will my 3.0 ghz Pentium D hold it back severely?

I recently bought an 8800 GS and my step-up program only has 20 days left so I’m gonna step-up to a 260 GTX. I wanted to know if my Dual-Core Pentium D at 3.0 Ghz is gonna bottleneck my 260.

It certainly could, but for most games, no.

Is there any motherboard available to use dual quad core processor?

I know there is a possiblity of using dual processor slot on the same motherboard for Xeon processor.Like the same,is there any possibility of using two core 2 quad processor on the same motherboard?If it so,tel me the motherboard series with model no.

How can I initialize the memory bank 2 of the Intel desktop mother board?

My PC (Pentium III, 800 MHz) contains the Intel Desktop mother board—D815EEA2/D815EPEA2. It has 3 RAM slots. In each slot I installed 256MB of RAMs (3 X 256 = 768MB). Memory Banks 0 & 1 is working but Memory Bank 2 is not working. In the setup (BIOS) the memory bank 0 & 1 shows 256 (PC133), but Memory Bank 2 shows “Not Initialized”. Because of this I only have 512MB of RAM available instead of 768MB. How should I do in order to initialize Memory Bank 2 and resolve this problem?

I would suspect an incompatible memory module. Swap the modules to see which one is BAD or suspect.
