Is there a 6 circuit firewire to usb cable?

I have a cable that is my camera’s connection then 6 circuit firewire. My laptop does not have a firewire port(my desktop does though). Is there a cable that I can insert my firewire end into then have a usb at THAT end of the cable so I can plug it into my laptop?

Is there one? Probably. Will it allow you to import your miniDV tape based video from the camcorder to the computer? No.

Hopefully you have an available expansion slot in that laptop so you can add a proper firewire port.

USB-firewire adapter/converter/cable/hub things won’t work.

What is an internal USB port?

I am looking at buying a new computer and it says it has 10 USB ports: 4 in front, 4 in back and 2 internal.

On some computers there is a usb port inside the “tower” it is usually a high speed 2.0 port if there is one. Other than being inside the tower there is nothing different about an internal usb port.

PCMCIA on my laptop with usb ports?

i have recently installed a pcmcia on my laptop. Seemes to be working OK until I connect my usb internet connection . All it does is keep rebooting. How do I solve the problem

why wont my psp slim charge in usb?

i dont know whats wrong but it wont charge… help me please .. i also tried the noobz plugin but i dont like that it ruins my battery.

you have to be in usb mode. and n00bz plugin doesn’t ruin the battery. but you do have to have custom firmware for the n00bz thingy. i have it
